avoid taking stress ,add a little amount of chocolate to tour diet , as chocolate is believed to contain high levels of antioxidants .they help in lowering of cholesterol levels and prevents your memory decline
maintain a hygienic environment around yourself....breadth in fresh air ...take adequate amount of natural light and air . this helps to boost up your immune system
