The freedom of speech , also known as the freedom of expression refers to the freedom one has to express his ideas and opinions without any hindrances .The freedom of speech could be defined as the raising of voice in public without the fear of backlash from anyone . However freedom of speech is not absolute and has limitations .

Usually people think that for a democratic government ,the freedom of speech is necessary . Countries that do not allows the freedom of expression to their people , generally faces problems in solving their issues .This freedom supports to articulate the  matters of any individual or either a community without fear

 PAKISTAN                                                                                                  Pakistan is a country with a blend of people belonging to different caste , regions ,sect and religions. Though it is country where people with different religions live ,however Muslims are a majority , followed by Christians and then minorities like Hindus and Sikhs Islam is the state religion of Pakistan ,where 95 to 98 % are Muslims . These Muslims are divided into 2 main groups .The major group is the Sunni , about 75 to 95% and the minority is the Shia , about 5 to 20% . In 2012 , a PEW survey estimated that shia Muslims were around 6% .
